Established in 1995, the company is now an industry leader for high quality, eco-friendly, affordable owner-occupied properties and affordable entry-level investments for the local and overseas markets. We are based in Melbourne and have completed many successful projects in and around the city’s CBD.

The owner and Chief Executive of Mider knows the Melbourne apartment industry inside out. Melbourne born and bred, Anton Wilson started his career in the corporate world, but his entrepreneurial nature drove him to bigger and better things. He undertook a Bachelor of Business at RMIT, and gained an MBA from Swinburne University. His first development was a single townhouse dwelling in Prahran, followed by joint ventures in Collingwood, North Melbourne and Clifton Hill.
Anton’s first big solo project was the development of 83 student accommodation apartments in Carlton. Through Mider, he has since completed many more large-scale developments ranging from 60 to 221 apartments. His personal involvement in every project continues.
“I’m as hands on now as I was in the beginning for the simple reason that I continue to learn about this business. I put myself in my customer’s shoes and work hard to develop a product that is affordable for owner-occupiers and profitable for investors,” he says.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Anton training for or competing in local triathlons, on the ski slopes here or overseas, or sharing the excitement of Australia’s top horse-racing carnivals.

Creating, Designing and Decorating - Melinda has the fabulous position of being able to assist in creating a space that is in keeping with the Mider brand. Using creativity to instil our core values of quality, affordability, and functionality. The design aspect of each project enables her to work with consultants and the Mider team in order to achieve Mider's outcomes in marketing, managing and property development.
